Delivery Process

From Requirement to Delivery

From demand confirmation to product delivery, we provide a complete cross-border supply-chain service.

  1. Requirements Confirmation

    Customer submits product requirements.

  2. Proposal

    Match product solutions according to customer requirements.

  3. Proposal Confirmation

    Customer confirms the feasibility of the proposal.

  4. Contract Signing

    Sign the contract once all terms are confirmed without objection.

  5. Deposit Payment

    Pay the deposit according to contract requirements.

  6. Factory Production

    The factory arranges production after receiving the deposit.

  7. Product Inspection

    Inspect the completed product jointly with the customer.

  8. Balance Payment (EXW)

    Pay the remaining balance according to the contract.

  9. Export Documents

    The factory provides the export permit.

  10. Truck Arrangement

    The factory schedules trucking according to the vessel schedule.

  11. Handover to Designated Forwarder (FOB)

    Goods are delivered to the port and handed to the freight forwarder.

  12. Vessel Booking

    The freight forwarder books a vessel according to customer requirements.

  13. Customs Declaration

  15. Bill of Lading

    A sample bill of lading is provided 7–10 days after departure.

  16. Telex Release

    The bill of lading is sent to the customer by telex release.

  17. Arrival at Destination Port (CFR)

    Customer collects the goods with the bill of lading.
